So, order placed today:

RS6 PE
Daytona Grey
Black leather, no alcantara, black stitching
Carbon inlays, no blue weave
Advanced key with boot thingy
Assistance Pack
Audi connect and phonebook
Exclusive Alcantara headlining
Smart Phone Interface
No badges
Pano sunroof
Heads up display
Heated front/rear seats
Parking Pack advanced
Rear airbags
Speed limit display
Heated steering wheel
DRC
5 year warranty

£99,620 :bash:

Managed to get a better deal in the end than those mentioned on the other thread, due to the number of cars I have bought from there, so real price ends up more liveable.

Only issue is delivery, no slot showing due to some shortages....

V excited now though! :jump:

Sounds great! I would really recommend the alcantara seat centres; looks way more special with the blue stitch and avoids a sweaty arse. Also will go beautifully with the headlining.

I was very tempted with the Alcantara; my 911 is fully Alcantara (headliner, seats, dash, steering wheel) and I love it.

But; leather wipes clean easier when the kids (who are teenagers who should know better) grind their sandwiches into it...

So my PE will be a little less special as a result in black/black/black/black but more practical!

Something in the order is showing out of stock / production at Audi hence it has no build date; the headliner will slow things down but worth the wait!

Congrats, nice spec you got there! But I'm with Rob on this one, should have got the alcantara and banned the kids from eating in the car.
I wouldn't have gone for heated wheel either as I think it looks pants compared to the flat bottom wheel.

Titan trim?

Banned the kids - love it! Not a bad idea. I did tell them if they drop their crap in the car they can travel in the boot with the dog; but was overruled by SWMBO

Heated vs flat bottom - of course you are right but have you ever got in a car at -4 degrees and put the heated wheel on? Do it once and you never go back.

Titan trim yes, think it looks tidy with the grey.

I know we are all different otherwise world would be a dull place; 10 years ago I would have gone bright blue, full badging, etc etc but at 44 I am slowly becoming sensible-ish

I would have ordered black like yours but my Aston was black and so is my 911 and when clean they are great, which is for all of 2 minutes after finishing the cleaning......

Just a long wait now :-(

Yes you are right, I spent ages cleaning mine in the dark last night, looked lovely this morning. Just got back to my car after work and it was covered in drizzle water spots and some flaming bird has left foot prints along the whole length of the car. Looks like I'll be cleaning it again in a minute.

I spent a fortune have the Aston Gtechniq sealed with their superfandango crystal sealants, two days later it was covered in water spots and bird crap...

Now I don't even wash my cars!

Yes I have all that on the 6. And paint protrction film. It still gets dirty but it is easier to clean.

What wheels did you go for? Titan PE ones?

Yes the Titan wheels - I will get some winter wheels too and paint them matt gunmetal grey.

If I had a black car I would probably go for black wheels though.

But honestly a bigger issue is I have no delivery date, it was an order for November which we spec changed but right now it shows in the system with no date at all!

Have a date now.

Your RS 6 Avant is expected to begin construction on 7th November 2016.

However it is pending a spec change by my dealer so there is a risk it pushes back sadly (I am swapping back from DRC to air as I need the towbar...)
