Decisions - and Sepang Stolen more - or just more common anyway?

I would struggle to live in an area that required that sort of home/car security. And I wouldn't buy a RS6 if I did.Edmond wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2020 12:14 amHi All,
Had a deposit on a dark blue 16 plate - and then the promised "deal" didn't materialise so I pulled my deposit.
3 cars in play - 2015 65 in Sepang, DRC, Pan roof, 1 owner - 2015 15, Floret DRC, Pan roof - 3 owners but stealthy - and a 66 plate 1 owner in Prism, comfort seats with DRC but NO pan roof. All are mid to late 30's mileage, all other options broadly the same - sports exhaust etc etc.
All are priced about the same.
Decision time - is Sepang much more likely to be nicked? Or do I just read about it more because it’s a common colour?!
It'd certainly stand out more - any car I choose will have Vodafone Protect 5, Ghost and a Stoplock Pro and my house has hardcore locks, anti snap barrels - front door has london and birmingham bars and multiple locks and house is alarmed..
And what's more valuable a newer car (66 vs 65/15) or having the pan roof come resale time? I also assume the silvers are harder to shift vs a sepang..
Help please! I'm literally not sleeping with fear that I'll buy the wrong one - or it'll turn out to be the right one but will be nicked, as have various RS4/6/s in the general area I live.
