Virtually none. Privacy Glass, Advanced parking system.

I loaded my M5 and lost a load of cash, and found out most of what I spec'd was pretty pointless. More gimmick than of any use.

Amen to that.

Are the C7's well spec'd to begin with?

Thanks

Yes they come very well spec'd. I am not missing anything.

My C6 RS6 had every option apart from ceramics and although it was really cool (watching TV when the mrs was shopping) I could not spend all that cash on stuff that a nice to have.

Totally agree. I only loaded my M5 as BMW gave me close to £6k extra to spend over the £3k i'd spec'd on the original car i rejected so would have been rude not to.

Can't recall what other than the Matrix LED's but i hear Audi improved the standard spec on the FL C7 RS6 which is always a bonus.

Only options i really rate are the Surround View for parking, upgraded HiFi, Auto Boot & the Universal Remote. Most other stuff does become a bit of a gimmick, however knew i was keeping my motor for 3yrs so wanted a few toys.

What's the auto boot and Universal remote options? You mean the toe waving to open boot?

Auto Boot on the M5 is close with a button on the inside of the boot or from the remote & the foot wiggle to open.

Universal Remote is the 3 buttons on the rear view mirror for electric gates & garage doors etc.
