Also ,sorry to bring up the old torque steer thread again, but do you think these tyres have anything to do with that--does the sound strip make the tyre more compressible,if you get my drift ( excuse the pun !!! )Again the communication from Audi is not great,is it,we should have been told about the tyres at the time of purchase, especially if you can't get hold of the damn things and most crucially, does the gunk work--is there anything in the hand book about this--suppose I should have a look !!! yawn help put my mind at rest.
Rather than use the slime/sealant (which more often than not is useless even on normal non-noise reducing tyres) there are these:

I've not had to use them myself, but friends have and swear by them. Also, a lot of fitters get funny about repairing tyres that have used the canisters as they cant be bothered to wash the tyre out and clean it so that you get an area where the repair will adhere well enough. But given you have three years of cover on an Audi with RAC, rather than mess about trying to patch holes, personally, i would just call them to either take the car back to a fitter or send a mobile one out.
You can get approved contis that are non contisilent ones and both seem pretty available to me which are all labelled as 'OEM' (RO1) - can get them fitted within 2 days. Obviously, that doesn work for almoRS as he needed two Dunlops to match the otherside of the car hence the delay.
As for the foam making the tyres more prone to squirming - i would be doubtfull as the foam is attached to the inside of the carcass, whereas any squiriming would be impacted by the construction of the sidewall as well as the grip/tread which should really be no different to a normal tyre. Aslo, the density of the foam sounds like it willmake negliable impact ont he inflation of the tyre to impact pressures.
I think you would have a hard time convincing a Dealer to swap out tyres if they are rated for Audi cars - specifically if they are for that model - given you have the RAC cover, which is ultimately the back up for the canister of sealant. Swapping the tyres will not guarantee that the sealant will work and you're back to using the RAC anyway, as well as making a mess of the inside of the wheel.
