Terrible Audi garages in north east.

Strange one this.

All my servicing, warranty work, maintenance including my engine out job has all been done by the north east Audi dealer group?
In particular Teesside Audi.

Service has always been spot on for me...however I always try and build up a good relationship with one or two staff always seems to get results?

I bought my RS4 from them too in 2008...again great service etc!

However il believe they were all part of cole brook and burgess then?...I think benfield group now owns them(could be wrong?)

I find dealers hit and miss I suppose?...I think as I've said if you just get one decent contact and get to know them well try will look after you to a degree?

I did hear that Sunderland audi actually use another garage who is a specialist when they are full. Not sure if they then charge normal prices... Guessing they do.

Personally I take mine to swift who has always been honest and a fair price for what has been done
