RS6 C7 Order UK status - please add

The RS 6 will be open for ordering at the end of October. The S6 saloon and Avant will follow in late November.

I am expecting pricing and specification guides any day now, possibly tomorrow.

First customer deliveries for the S6 Saloon and Avant will be March 2015, with builds staring week 44. (That's S6, no solid indication on RS 6.)

Will try and get some photos and my impressions as turns out I will be experiencing it next week.

So you'll be able to order RS6 before A/S6, yet S6 will be built first?! WTF.

The RS 6 may well start production before the S6, just I've not got a build week for the RS but have the S.

Keep us updated Amaar and pics be great when you go. My main thing that's got me thinking now is this + as if waiting for the car wasn't enough. Ooh Audi Audi hopefully some light at the end of the tunnel but from previous info etc I don't know if I can believe it anymore.

I didn't want to mention it at first but now you've mentioned the plus, the information I have states '30PS increase for the 4.0T' engine'. Personally, I think this may be a formatting issue and applies to the S6 only, although it is under the S/RS heading.

Info I've seen shows 30ps upgrade on the S6 to 450. Will try and attach document.

I wasn't so keen on the FL either. Until on Instagram I seen a real facelift at a show real car in red and wow it looked so mean. If anyone has Instagram search #rs6 and a few pics of a red fl at a car show looks lovely IMHO much better than the pics or video on YouTube.

Its nothing like the XC90 light imho. Other than they have a horizontal LED DRL in the centre, the similarities end. XC90 has a hammer head, whereas RS6 is a V shape, XC90 also doesnt have the adaptive LED upper bit either. And they are a different shape with the XC90 having the thinner part of the headlight to the outer wing, and the Audi having it to the grill side.

Then of course there is the rest of the face, which is just not comparable.

Definitely a whiff of XC90...so glad I managed to get one before they went and spoiled the look

I hear the option list now includes Nappa Leather quilted slippers and a pipe, a ceramic one of course!

These new DRLs are really growing on me. They look aggressive and purposeful, whereas the old ones were really a little droopy. Of course, that might just be me subliminally persuading myself that that is the case, seeing as I loved the pre-FL DRLs until I realised I couldn't get a car.
