Today had phone calls from Audi UK and a phone call from xxxxx who is high up at Belfast Audi. Profuse apologies from both, and assurance that it would be 'dealt' with. As I said, wasn't expecting to get anything out of it, but happy I made the complaint for my own piece of mind. Case closed. Onwards and upwards!
