***HELP***High pitch warning sound ON START

Hi all,

I am meant to be picking up a C7 RS6 in the morning but it appears to have developed a high pitch beep on start that is fairly long followed by 2 short beeps.

I cannot find anything on this. The car hasn't been used much recently so i am pointing it towards a battery issue but if anyone has anything to suggest please do.

found to be some sort of alarm button on the dash. managed to switch it off
