Yesterday I had a new exhaust installed
Within a mile of leaving I got a sport differential error pop up on the dash. It goes off when the car is restarted but soon comes back and strangely seems to come on when turning left, for example coming out of a roundabout.
A quick scan seems an oil sender problem. Anyone had this problem as I can only think the garage has damaged the plugs as they are very close to the exhaust?
The old exhaust has signs of a struggle getting it off, dents etc.

Re: Sport differential error
Are you able to physically look underneath to check? If you have a jack and stands that is. Hopefully its just the wire or something minor.
What exhaust did you fit?

Wiggled them a bit when on the ramp but still coming on when doing a left hand turn!
It’s a Cat back Remus. Not as noisy as my Miltek. A more refined sound

Just depend son how brutally they took the old one off near the sensor location. Get it back over to them and asl to check on the ramp for physical/ heat damage etc.
Is the Remus louder than the stock sports exhaust? Ive been looking at the remus for a while but only seen online videos but no 'personal' reviews/opinions

Re: Sport differential error
Coming from a non res miltek it does sound quiet.
I’d say it’s louder than the standard exhaust but hard to tell as it’s been years since it was standard.
What I would say though is if you are running a miltek with the valve delete you are dropping some serious power. When fitted I was sure it felt down on power.
Well now jumping back In The car with the valves working again, WOW!! the low down torque is huge and this is lost with the lack of back pressure from the open miltek.
It feels like a new car!
