Back in the fold and apple car play help

Hi All,

After a while away from RS ownership I collected a 2018 Performance from Audi Birmingham last week. Always wanted one and cannot think of a better allrounder !

Apologies! I realise this has been asked before but I wondered if my car being registered May 2018 would be able to have a simple software upgrade to get apple CarPlay or does it need a Audi fitted wiring kit upgrade ? I am running the software as shown in pic. My local dealership is Audi Poole.

Have also added some pics of the new one and my old RS4's if ok !

it should be just a firmware update yes. There is somebody on the uk Facebook groups called Simon who can do it for you

I paid for mine (MY17) a few months ago at Audi, cost £370 and took about an hour.
