What brake pads to buy

Anyone can help share what’s a good brakes pad , I am not keen on the oem brake pads and our rotors are rubbish .

I would change to Carbon ceramics in the future

I've recently had the second set of oem disks and pads all around. I still have a few issues with brake judder.

I'm thinking about new pads (non oem)...but no idea where to go....any advice very welcome
