RS6 C7 Wheel alignment

Hello guys

Took my car to Kwick Fit today and they said they couldn't do my wheel alignment as couldn't access the rear bolt.

They said only Audi or a specialist can do it?!

Sure I read on here people have had it done at Kwik Fit and paid a fee which covers a free qtrly checkup for 2 years..

Did I just get mugged off?

FFS, why on earth would you take your car to Kwik fit?

I am sure there must be some branches that have good staff but overall No way, say what area you are in and someone will recommend a company.
