RS Specialist - Midlands Area

Would anybody be able to recommend a decent independent specialist in the Midlands area? I recently went to book the car in for oil change with my usual dealer and got told I can no longer supply my own oil. They wanted £177 for what I can get for £83 through Opie. I'm not prepared to pay an extra £100 for the privilege so feel the time has now come to move onto a decent specialist.

I only really know of MRC / Unit 20 and CLP Automotive. CLP are closest to me and see that they have done work on RS6's. MRC would perhaps be a bit far to travel for servicing work.

Any advice or info is appreciated.
