How about something like this off the door handle?

Not much else you can do with the way the seats are sadly.

I have an iPad case which has elastic Velcro straps and it just rests over the headrest part.

The only alternative would be a full install - and letting some apprentice on minimum wage have a go at your seat backs with a Stanley Knife...

I'll probably go for the velcro strap option myself.

I would go for no iPad for kids when driving. That's just me.

I got one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Car-Headrest-M ... 01EOMHEV2/

it's not ideal but I only wanted it for one long journey. The strap is adjustable so it fits over the top of the seat and the buckle is offset so it wasn't in the back of Mrs Zzz head :?
