I'd be more concerned about my terrible habits of dogging and picking my nose and wiping it under the seat tbh

Maybe, but I've been given a lot of info from yourself (which I appreciate of course and am grateful for your time) and other board members and I could either a) about turn and run away quickly or b) do some digging and investigate further.
Without going into details large parts of my life have revolved around risk (calculated or otherwise), I'm not going to throw the car under a bus without doing some digging first. You can all call me nuts/insane/an idiot etc etc but I'd like to check out some details first.

Fixed.

More likely, the car will throw you under a bus.

If you are crazy enough to take this sort of risk you'd want HUGE discount, and I'm talking half the normal value.

I know what it's like when you have found a car though, its like the dirty mad bird at the club; you know you shouldn't, its going to end badly but you can't help getting your willy wet and have to deal with the consequences later.

I'm surprised your so fixated on this car in light of what the original owner went through. There are plenty more good cars available.

They must be offering you an amazing deal if your still interested after today's revelations.

Plenty of other good cars will pop up.

That car is not worth the risk at all.

Unless the Dealer's offering a once in a lifetime deal, why would you consider this car with all its 'known' issues?

If it's a bite your hand off deal then fair enough, but surely you could find a 'right' car for the same or similar money & not spend the next couple of years driving a car that you know's at best fragile.
