I never got a VIN, just watched the youraudi site.

It was for me 8 days between leaving Infostadt and being on my driveway (the UK leg seemed to take 5 days).

YourAudi info is very good during the factory part of the build and better than what the dealers have. Once it becomes under the care of Audi UK the your audi tracker becomes less reliable and the dealers system is better informed.

I asked for my VIN as soon as possible so I can get my connect app running but I didn't get it until the dealer had the car (or maybe once it was in the UK?).

Thanks. I got it as soon as the car was out of the factory for inspection.
Dealer told me Audi has terminated the possibility for customers to track their cars. Maybe this is only in Norway?
