First impressions
Re: First impressions
No doubt he will be on a golf forum somewhere telling the tale of how he scalped a C7 RS6.
Re: First impressions
Sick of seeing Golf R,s!!
They are ten a penny due to cheap lease deals.....as great as everyone keeps telling me they are....they are still a four pot engine....personally does nothing for me.

Re: First impressions
Being just shy of 40% down on both power to weight and torque to weight (RS6 has 84% more torque weight aside), then he was already under full acceleration before you decided to play the game.
Its no slouch of a car, but lets not pretend that from a standing start or an even rolling start that the Golf R is going to match the RS6. If however the Golf was already accelerating for some time before the RS6 started to accelerate then the results would look an awful lot closer. If it was tuned, then you're then comparing apples and bananas. Stick a tune on an RS6 and you could probably play games with any other car on the road until you hit tripple digits. Unless its some nice tight twisty roads and the weight of the RS6 will be its downfall.
