removing front grill rings?

Does anybody know how easy it is to remove the front audi rings and where to buy black audi rings to replace?

Get them wrapped, easier in all instances then

Bought mine from eBay. Just make sure you measure them and get the right ones!
Failing that Robbie @ valet magic has them in stock.

I've been told that the rings don't take well to wrapping as I want Matt aluminum to tie in with the styling pack on mine.
