lovely car congrats, love that colour...would have said the LED lights were a must have really make the car look that bit meaner! Retro fitting the sports exhaust is a nice option to have as it really adds to the aural pleasure...picked up mine last week Daytona grey with the black gloss wheels and privacy glass really nice combo, will post some pics once I get around to it.

Congratulations on your new car, fantastic colour, and refreshing to hear some common sense regarding options. They are a very personal thing based on what you believe you need and the look you are after. I like the ACC on mine but having now used it. it is not perfect and could have done without it. Likewise with Connect- I really don't need any connectivity in the car- google maps look okay but again if I want to see the flora and fungi outside of the car I can just look outside!

I have a fetish for LEDs (entire house is LED equipped), but again I was more than happy with the Swivel Xenons on my A4 so something i could have got by without. At least your "standard" xenons don't make the front end look like the new XC90 unlike the FL!

Enjoy...it is all about that engine and gearbox not OTT trinkets!

and I had similar thoughts with RS4 vs RS6, dealer had both cars in stock when I visited and I wasn't sure if the 6 would be worth the extra over the 4 but my god it really is a massive step up over the 4...easy to see where the extra 20k goes... the interior is prob the best I've ever sat in, such high quality the only way to improve it would be to allow for a full leather dash (is that possible on audi exclusive?). As for the performance of course there's no comparison, I think the S tronic in the RS4 is outstanding but the ZF 8 spd suits the character of the 6's engine better. Only done 450 miles so far in mine so halfway thru the running in distance

Thanks very much for all the positive comments - I am chuffed with the car

:nogarors4: :rocker:

This early running in stage of ownership is the mother of all willpower tests - the temptation to bury the right foot into the carpet is overwelming.....

Only managed 650miles in my time off. Report card says "must try harder!"

Lovely car and love the colour!

Why I got mine, it's Milano Red and love it.

Will put some posts up on how to enable Audi Connect in the car for you all too.

Yeah you can retrofit the sports exhaust but it's on back order :( I also got told it wasn't possible to retrofit.

But not the matrix flavour to pre-FL as they're a different shape.

Holy :dung: that's a whole heap of cash for a headlight. I think I'll stick with my standard lights - that look 95% the same.
