Re: Apr stage 2 RS7
Chris seeing a post on MRC fb makes me want a C6 again oh my. This RS6 C6 got the MRC 3.5" Downpipes, 3" linkpipes into a Milltek Exhaust.
On the previous spec with secondary cat delete pipes, MRC race filters, Milltek, MRC stage2 remap and gb map this did 745ps 1050nm.
With the addition of the MRC 3.5" Downpipes, 3" Linkpipes, Intercooler Fan Removal, and MRC Map Tweak this went upto 796ps and 1129nm — in Audi RS6 C6 for MRC 3.5" Downpipes and MRC Map Tweak 1129NM - 829 lb/ft of torque
amazing what these engines can do.

Re: Apr stage 2 RS7
I'd be fully expecting the Audi slush box at every stomp of the boot to detach from the engine at those levels of power/torque. Not saying they can't handle it but at what cost? Even on (as i'd suggest) more tuneable cars such as a GT-R, once you're banging an extra 150bhp onto a stock car most tuners start strengthening internals. On these C6's they just tweak the gearbox code which if my experiences on my C5 RS6 were anything to go by, don't do a whole lot at preserving the transmission.M1R XE wrote:Chris seeing a post on MRC fb makes me want a C6 again oh my. Re: Apr stage 2 RS7
I also read that post from Chris, you asked how the gearbox would hold out and got the answer "it's still working" surely this is an indication that no one has a clue how much it can take as you still haven't had your answer so we can only still just be guessing.

Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Re: Apr stage 2 RS7
Maybe that spurred him on to get some more power. As these additional mods weren't done long ago according to the FB. But I don't know and varsity what's your car currently running ? Any more developments etc
