I disagree there. A 600hp evo 6 will easily keep up with a 600 Gtr on any track. What the OP failed fo mention is if these other cars were standard.
This.

The OP didn't need to mention if the EVO or FRS were standard, he merely observed that these cars were being passed by the GT-R "like they weren't moving".
It doesn't take a genius to guess that these were either bog standard or in a very mild state of tune, ergo, DK's statement "Evo and Focus RS arent really fair game". It's not an inflammatory statement, it's just the perceived level where these cars sit within a pecking order. Also, a 600HP EVO isn't a stage 2 like the 600HP GT-R happens to be. The EVO will need cams, larger turbo, injectors, pumps, anti-lag, flywheel, clutch, inters (some might argue that you need rods, pistons, head studs and head work for a trackable 600HP EVO6). IIRC the GT-R only really needs a Cobb AccessPort, a deCAT, Y-Pipe and maybe some injectors and inters. Again, the tune stages proving where these cars sit within an automotive pecking order.
GT-R vs. EVO/FRS = mismatch.
No matter where you go, there you are.
