TTS? - do you mean GTS? in which case, do it!
Think he meant the 991 Turbo S as Porsche have just launched the Gen 2 Turbo & Turbo S which follow the launch of the Gen 2 Carrera & Carrera S they launched a few weeks ago.

Guess it depends what you're after from it - for us we wanted stuff like bigger wheels, xenons, PCM, PASM, sport seats & Bose, all of which is standard in the turbo. Plus my wife said it had to have the turbo front grille & LED fogs (!), whereas I thought it was rude not to have red callipers. The extra 60bhp and more torques then became a bonus...

Yes, true, we added on a fair pile, but quite a few bits were still optional on the Turbo. There came a point where the line was drawn! And it's not my car, so whilst I merrily ticked boxes they were quickly unticked! Bit of a pisser to miss out on PCM4 though. Lofty will have that pleasure.

Ah understood - I admit I do get lost in the 735 versions in the 911 range (it's probably 736 by the time I've typed this). Anyway, I stand by my earlier statement - do it!

I considered a V6 F-Pace but the dealer reckoned I'd get a right kick in the nuts buying a petrol, I didn't want a 2.0 diesel so went with the Porsche. Looking at the discounts already available on a F-Type he's probably correct. Porsche are very good at limiting supply to keep values strong, Jaguar seem to do the complete opposite, as do most manufacturers to be fair.
