Another great instalment DK  I don't know which route you come into Wales but one I certainly enjoy is the A458 Welshpool-Mallwyd road, you can then pick up the A470 past Dolgellau and out towards your new favourite road.

Got this one in the Peak District planned for Thursday, it'd be rude not to, as I'm up that way with work. Shall be taking in the Snake Pass and the Cat'n'fiddle, cannot wait :D

Another great vid DK. Scenery is spectacular. Will have to do that run soon.

Are you meeting up with Sam on Thursday? Would be good to video the Peak District again with a two car convoy.

Ps. 3.9secs to 60 being considered slow is a warped reality.

But totally agree.

Porka has is with DSG with launch better gearing and -200kg

Great video as ever. didn't fancy climbing Snowden then? You went right past the bottom of the Pyg and Miners track start.
My wifes family own a farmhouse not far from there, so I am lucky enough to regularly drive around that neck of the wood, my favourite is the Bala to Trawsfynydd.

Not had my current RS4 up there yet, but the B7 was built for those sorts of roads..

Keep up the good work.

Turbo S, yes, in reality it'll do it well under that. The surprise is the Carrera S which was the comparison to the F. 30% down on power and torque, but nearly a second quicker. I've driven one and was impressed, it's made me ponder whether Turbo is worth the extra 50 grand.

Is crazy & also that bonkers economy which is almost diesel like.

Off to OPC Bolton on Thursday to paw over their recently arrived Gen II Turbo S.

Yep, R8 is a bit slow too, it's 3.2 now IIRC.

The advantage of those double clutch boxes.
