I'd be up for that. Only just over an hours drive for me, but with Xmas looming it would probably need to be a weekday.

I'm at the Wales GB Rally on Sat 14th with SCD in that neck of the woods.

Great pics DK, I know you've been waiting for the right car to come up for a while and that looks bloody stunning. :beerchug:

Better choice than my RS5 Dave! Looks great. If only I didn't have kids (definitely going to hell for that comment).

Was up in the Welsh hills last week, but sadly in the Q7 with the family - still good when the roads are clear. Love the Bala to Porthmadog route.

So picked the car up after a week at Drayke Fields (http://www.draykefields.co.uk)

Treatment was a full front end Paint Protection Film and a Single Stage correction detail.

As always Lanre did a superb job. Really can't recommend him enough. Anyone around the midlands can't go wrong. Easy access off the M6 / M42, safe secure unit, trustworthy, diligent and attention to detail. Prestige Wheels opposite also so handy for a wheel refurb at the same time.

Anyway, crap pic (it was dark, and I have a iPhone4) but the colour (Dark Sapphire Blue Metallic) has come to life, with a huge amount of metallic fleck in the paint which makes for a beautiful shimmer in the light.

So, V5 arrive in my name, so that meant I could put my plate on.

Obviously it goes without question that I have fit a set of perfectly legally spaced plates.

but I'm sure it doesn't take a brain surgeon to guess the set of "show plates" I have ... for shows, of course

Just picked it up after effectively having the 2016MY Sports Design Pack retro fit.

In effect, the rear Venturi has been body coloured (previously black) which is very subtle but frames the exhausts brilliantly and breaks up the swathe of black on the rear.

Had new 16MY sills fit which are a) wider and b) body coloured

These again are quite subtle but give a slighter wider and aggressive stance to the car.

All in all, delighted with the upgrade

Poor pics in fading light....more pics vids to follow
