That's a lot of car for the money!

Not that it's lacking in turbo diesel poke, but remap? :D

Love it, just wish they updated the steering wheel as it looks to have been lifted straight from the old X-type.

Very nice. Came across one of these on the M6 earlier this week & it looked menacing.

The only thing i wasn't overly keen on was as it approached it looked like a full fat snarling Type R with it's bonnet vents & pumped up front trim, but when it came past it appeared to have a single exhaust & an XF-S badge so i'm assuming it was an Oil Burner, still a lovely looking motor & looks great in that Red. JLR really have upped their game & all in the main thanks to that bloody Evoque;)

^ sounds like it was just a numpty putting go faster bits on his 2.2 4pot.

The XF-S only comes in V6 (twin oval exhausts)

And the bonnet vents are reserved for Supercharged cars.

Happens in all brands...I took a pic yesterday on the M40 of a Audi Q3S ... Was just a 2.0T but he's stuck an S badge after the Q3.

Numpty.

Phew, that's good to know. Did look odd as it had very dark windows which were certainly not OEM.

Is worse for Bimmers now as virtually every car now has a feckin M badge stuck to the front wing so even harder to spot an actual M Car. Had to beat my lad to death the other day as he was stating a neighbour had an M6 Gran Coupe (saw the wing badge). It was in fact a new 640d Sport :drink:

Sounds like he got off lightly, at least there is no chance he'll get it wrong ever again.
