Smoother, more refined, but very quick
Really nice interior
In hindsight the w204 could not hold my interest long term like the RS4
The RS4 is a very special car

Re: Hey guys...
It is with out doubt a beautiful car, but it just isn't purposeful enough, in my opinion. I had the previous C63 and went back to a B7 RS4.
Is the auto a clutch mechanism now or still a torque converter, as mine was a slushmatic and the gear changes weren't sharp enough.

RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

It has the mct (not a dual clutch)Covkiller wrote:It is with out doubt a beautiful car, but it just isn't purposeful enough, in my opinion. I had the previous C63 and went back to a B7 RS4.

Basically a wet clutch pack
The 2011+ w204 had those
The pre 2011 (which mine was) had a conventional torque convertor
Either way still a 'slush box'
So it feels like a big improvement to me (may not to guys who had the 2011+ mct)
Very sharp and responsive depending on selected mode
But with 450 lb ft from <2500 to >6000 rpm it's imo a good application
More subtle than the previous version
But I like it, looks good in the metal
Although black is a pita to care for lol
