Interesting about the golf I would have thought it would be a little better than you have foundMy wife has a MK7 Golf GT TDI and to be honest it's a little bit pants. Steering feels a bit disconnected, it turns in well but you just don't get any feedback. Can get a bit unsettled mid bend, ideal for ferrying the kids about and daily commute to work.
Quite like the AMG A45 sound nice popping and banging through the gears.
I test drove on track, it's quick!!Personally I had expected a bit more poke from the A45 and didn't find it as blisteringly fast as the reviewers have made it out to be. I also didn't like that iPad thing.
Desperately hoping the new RS 3 will have more poke as I'm likely to get one.
