A mixed bag for me. I don't like the black stripe on the side, actually the general side profile, I do like the front and rear though. I'd love to see my Ibis RS 5 next to them to complete the set.
The rain has started today, could get a bit hairy with the C63.
Does it sound different to the standard C63.

Its nice.
But way too common a sight on the road to be truly special IMO.
M and AMG with their cheap finance deals makes the RS cars all the more exclusive.

Probably why there are 20 odd RS 5s for sale in the country and shed loads of M3s and C63s for sale. I rarely see another RS on the road.
Did have a good blast with an R8 V8 today though and see plenty more R8s than any RS in Bristol. Odd.

Re the black stripe - I wasn't sure about that (it's standard) but then again my quattro has go faster stripes and Audi rings on it, so it's a bit 80's
I am not sure if it sonds different to a standard c63 - probably not so much I would have thought.
It is quick though - you gotta try different cars really to experience the pros and cons. I never fancied a RS5 really plus couldnt get a testdrive from Audi dealers but I do like them.

Hear hear!!!
It does my head in those that will not try anything else just become one brand blindfolded.

Parked beside one at golf the other day. I thought 'neat hood...didn't know the c63 coupe got that hood treatment'.
Guess it was a 507. I thought it was just a normal c63 performance package when I saw the red calipers.
Ugly wheels. I despise that look of black wheels with a shitty shiny lip. Makes the wheels look tiny.

Why would it do your head in?
When I was looking at getting a C63 my brand loyalty got me a stonking deal on the RS, even compared to the C63 deals.
I guess a lot of the loyalty on this forum is to do with AWD and I'm sure other forums have their reasons. Don't let it do your head in and let people get on with it, we're all different after all.

Obviously pics never do a car proper justice I'd like to see one in white. The grey estate looks incredible which I've seen in reviews. I'm looking forward to driving one, I do wonder about the low down traction though. Have you pushed it hard enough to feel it yet?

The CLS shooting brake?
I'm going to have a nose at the E63 at some point.

@Nickyboy - only slightly, can't go above 4.5k but the were a couple of occasions yesterday which made me think....
M3 is no problem even in wet within reason (have tracked it in wet) but I am wondering with the extra torque of the Merc what it will be like but still I will be mostly 90% commuting so no issues. I do have track day cover so once run in I will get it on Bedford for a test.
Re AWD - I am an 'Audi' man, due to my love of the ur quattro but at the moment I quite like rwd as it is a lot of fun - its a bit like doing skids on your bmx, its a different sort of fun.

Was at Silverstone today and had a good look around a C63 Coupe Black Series
Now THAT is the daddy!! Wide as you like, proper bad ass.
That's what the C63's should be, as I think that is what the RS ethos in (in terms of looks)
The standard C63, as I said, its nice ... Just not special enough.
