BMW M cars and BMW's in general are awesome cars. Loved all the ones I had and I love my current RS as well as it has tons of character. All the haters out there are being a tad short sighted.

I agree, all the M cars I've had have been brilliant. If they had have done the latest M5 in a touring I would have seriously considered it, especially if offered with X Drive....
Current - 14 Daytona Grey RS6
Past -
13 Daytona Gey RS6 (Don't ask!)
08 Monza Silver RS6 Avant
07 Phantom Black RS4 Avant
Loads of BM's inc. 4 x M's

H&R springs, tuner motorsport rear axle back exhaust system with dry carbon trips, Twin AFE air boxes and a starge one map to 701 bhp. Was a great car don't get why some people have to hate!

Because they can & usually because they've never driven one. Also it's an Audi Forum awash with RS enthusiasts, but some of them (only a few fortunately) don't appreciate comparable cars. In the main just banter though & can be laughed off. MCB is by far the best M5 colour even though I'm biased.

Have you done anything to your RS?
yes buddy now lowered on H & R springs 2 piece 21" forged rims miltek non res exhaust with carbon tips and I am waiting for my induction kit before mapping it :-)
