Moved to the DARK side !

Post by HYFR » Sat Dec 13, 2014 6:10 pm

Just picked up this bad boy

The V6 / V8 / V10 stable is back to full capacity.

Wow, just what a lot of car for the money!

Insane!

And still has the exotic V10 scream that I sadly had to part with when the R8 went.

Looks great DK. I think you'll really like a RWD with monster engine. Put an Eisenmann exhaust on it so it really screams.

Only got it today. Needs a full detail and abit of rescuing (TLC) in some places to get it up to my standard.

Trying to get it into Drayke Fields so they can make it new again.

It has a lovely custom wheel

I like the m6, wasn't far off with the guess at m5.

They seem really good value for money. What's the spec? Year, dct etc. is EDC an option on them, transforms the m3

Good luck

It's a late 2005, SMG box.
Yes it has EDC and is surprisingly comfy when in 'comfort' mode.

Not sure what was options or not on these cars but it's got loads of toys and tech.

Love the colour Head Up Display with speed / gear / revs

In terms of aesthetics it's got CF roof, CF front lip spoiler , CF rear boot spoiler , CF interior inlays & wheel.

Illuminated M6 side sills.

Obviously the suspension, throttle, gearshifts, traction control is all adjustable between 3 modes .

The car itself is a real find.

Still under official BMW (mo dial) warranty, fully stamped up BMW service book (all main dealer) and had new discs 12 months ago (£900), new clutch & flywheel 12 months ago and brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports which have done 500 miles.

Most Importantly it has an aftermarket zorst to unleash the V10 and is also sitting abit lower on Eibachs.

Interior is near perfect and unworn

Exterior needs a detail and some 'chav' elements put back to stock (plastipped badges etc)

Wheels need a refurb so will do in Audi Titan in Gloss.

For the money I paid it's frankly a joke !

Thought the badge in the steering wheel looked a bit suspect. Looking forward to seeing more pictures. Take it easy on the icey roads.

Sourced from a chap in London moving abroad? Looked awesome in the advert if its the same one.

Imagine you haggled right down from the advertised price.

Yep that's the one. He was a nice guy. Got a bit off the advertised price.
