On the hunt at the moment although I haven't been able to establish the following from other forums and dealers!

1) If i find a second hand one with the split folding rear seats, do you think I could easily fit a downhill mountain bike in the back

2) Do you know if roof bars ban hence cycle carriers/roof boxes can be fitted?

Yep you can get a bike (with front wheel off) in the back no problem but only if you have split folding seat option.
Yep Genuine roof bars fit no problem

Never put my bike in the boot & not got rear folding seats so can't confirm but it's a huge boot so i'd expect with folding rear seats you'd have no problem.

Both BMW & i believe 3rd parties do roof racks/boxes/cycle carriers for the F10 range.
