I cannot find them to read! See here! Says they are new messages and on hold

Your inbox is full , delete some of the old messages

No my inbox is only Is only 18% full .....182 of 1000 messages

Something wrong there Amanda.... The Google Ad is in the wrong place.
Regarding you messages on hold. Go to inbox and there should be text at the top that says something like "click here to release messages"
