I cannot find them to read! See here! Says they are new messages and on hold :roll: but I cannot find or release them :(

Something wrong there Amanda.... The Google Ad is in the wrong place.

Regarding you messages on hold. Go to inbox and there should be text at the top that says something like "click here to release messages"
