Chaps,

Just thought I would post and say how massively impressed I am with the service I received from picman.

For those who aren't aware, picman came to Castle Combe for the track day and took pictures of everyone driving (they asked first)

They then post the pictures on-line at Picman and if you like them you can buy either prints or jpegs on CDROM.

I loved the pictures of my car and went for the CDROM of all 20 images for £30.

Now, I ordered this via email yesterday at about 4pm (i.e. 4pm on a Friday) .... guess what? They arrived this morning (Saturday!!)

Now that's what I call quick service.

The quality is excellent, all pictures are between 2.5 and 4MByte in size and around 3000x2000 pixels.

I'm at home at present, so don't have the bandwidth you upload any full size images, but suffice to say that they are excellent.

Here is one (albeit reduced to about 220k) from my gallery, I wont insert it into the post to be friendly to those on dialup, but if you have the technology then click here

If you look closely in you can just about make out JR and Bushy trying to keep up

I'm thrilled with the quality and service from Picman, and thought I would post so that anyone who was considering getting the images could see an example of them.

I'll upload the full CD contents (50ish Meg) on Monday to my site for anyone interested.

I got some from Donington and they were great. Only problem with seeing them on the site is the resolution is poor and its hard to tell if they are wroth having (at Donngton they had a mobile van so you caould see high res versions of your pics)

Still a good service though
