Ferdinand V Terry

Post by MEV » Wed May 16, 2012 11:32 am

Ok - Ive just heard that F has been axed for T. This is a huge tournament for England if they are to win back the respect from fans and a country as a whole. We have without doubt the best league in the world and some of the finest young talent coming through.... However both these guys are now well out of date and personally to take that racist c*ck Terry who nearly cost Chelsea a final place with his pikey yob attitude over Ferdinand completely blows my mind.. He should never be allowed to don an England shirt again. It would also seem that WOY has already succumbed to the player pressure and is showing no balls what so ever.... great start and looks like a rabbit in the headlights and completely out of his depth. Makes me fecking mad  What do you guys think?

But his club manager Sir Alex Ferguson said recently: "You play something like a game every four days. Rio Ferdinand couldn't do that."

I agree his to slow and past it but who replaces them and sits and controls the back four with enough experience to get us though?

Terry is just a yob.
Shouldn't be playing anywhere imho.... and certainly not for his country.

That's why Woy was appointed and Arry overlooked - he's a yes man who will bow to peer/player pressure.

I wish him & the team well but I can't see us qualifying (sincerely hope I'm wrong).

Should have taken Crouch and left Rooney or taken both. We have to rely on a strike force of Wellbeck (currently injured), Carroll (clown) and Defoe who fails every chance he's given to get us past France, Sweden then Ukraine. Woy's philosophy of 'we have Ashley (dive bomber) Young and Oxlaide-Chamberlain' who can play in attack if needed is ridiculous.

Fingers crossed xxxxx
Shane

Rio is pretty much in the same category as Ledley King now, great defender for occassional use. That's not what we need, consistency in defence is. For the last few tournaments we have had to chop and change and that doesn't work as proven. Look at all the great league teams acriss Europe and they have a consistent defece in place. Terry although slow can read the game pretty well and better than most of the others. Put Chaill (team mate so trains with him) or Lescott in next to him who has had a great season next to Kompany and we may get somewhere. Cole and Baines on the left are good, not convinced by Johnson's defending, would rather have Jones there.

And innocent until proven guilty is somethig that seems to be quickly forgotten with the media.Pity Steven Taylor is injured, he'd be great. Or could we get Kompany to switch nationalities? :bigblink:

Can't believe we took Ashley 'diver' Young over Adam Johnson and no Crouch
