Police stop no action?????

Had a strange one today, my wife was driving us home in the S3, we passed two Police cars, one traffic and one a local panda car not a 1/4 mile from home, we arrived home and started to unloaded the shopping, the two cars we had just passed pulled up less than two minutes later, they asked who the woman was who was driving as the insurance showed a man as the insured and registered keeper not a woman.
Not sure how they found that out so quickly even though it was wrong, the weren't happy after me showing them the certificate of insurance showing my wife was on the policy for all three cars although she is banned by me from driving the RS4 and insisted on waiting to talk to the insurance database.
I insure all three cars on one policy, with the relevant no claims per car, but have one renewal and policy for all three cars.
Surely that's a trade policy sir, is your wife insured for business use then.
After a long discussion, I left them to it to check their database and went inside.
Suffice to say they soon drove off.

What a bunch of twats, both the Police and INsurance database. Obviously not heard of multicaar polocies.
And yet whilst you were being stopped for this today by two cars I see some total f*ckwit entering and driving down a clearly signposted one way street outside a junior school even after several parents including myself waving at them to say it was a one way street, gets half way down and realises and then mounts the kerb to turn around. Renault Scenic driver if I see you again I'll be slapping you since there is never a Police officer around to do the right thing when you need them.

Not good Paul. What a waste of everyone's time.
Yesterday morning we passed a small car being driven by an old lady ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE A10 near the M25 !.
Everyone had to obviously swerve out to the RH side as she was coming down the gutter on the left.
She wasn't hanging around either.
Bonkers !
(as anyone from the area will know... the A10 is a major and very busy road)

+1 Happened to me in London. Zero reason to pull me over spent ages checking my details. Even asked if I was allowed to work here!! FFS oh and also made some w@nker comment about the car being pointless to own in London.

Yeah, that was me. I told them there was a dodgy Kiwi driving an RS4 that had no visa, nor the right to be here. They agreed and said "Thanks bam, we'll get this filthy RWC stealing Kiwi picked up asap, do you want us to work the body, you know, leave no bruises?", I said "Nah, he is a filthy Kiwi scum driving a pointless car but he's alright, just waste his time and make sure he's out of the country by the end of June".

Lynne was driving, not me and she was inside the house and didn't come out?, they didn't ask for any ID or to speak to her, they were only interested in the insurance.......
Tossers.

Dear oh dear. Just an excuse to look at the motor no doubt.
Or nothing better to do...
Off-Topic, A10 was on police stop no action last night I think, cyclist was killed by a mini driver who didn't realise at the time what she hit. Tragic.

I know, it's tragic to think that people will actually pay money to drive a Mini.
