Lap Tops

Post by hammy969 » Sat Mar 31, 2012 10:09 am

Morning All

I am looking for some advice for a new computing device, probably more likely to be a laptop.
I need something that is good for surfing and editing pictures and I will also use it for music and spreadsheets (yawn!!!)

Some of you guys seems pretty clued up on computing based gear based on previous posts, but possibly more high end than I need.

Any help will be aprreciated.

Anything with the new I series intel processors, aim for 4Gb or more memory (or ram, DDR3 if poss) for the photo editing. 17" with nice high res screen again for editing and spreadsheets.
Dell Inspiron 17r has pretty good specs, good graphics card with 1GB of VRam, good for the photo editing.
