I'm pretty much the single cause of this anomaly, running the alexa toolbar here in Moscow which spies on my internet behaviour and probably counts every toolbar user with around 2000 or more visitors. I'm only running the POS toolbar because I've got my own website and it's handy to move up in the rankings this way. Still shows a bit of a flaw in the concept
