Fecking finance company

Paid off my finance 2 weeks ago on my current car, I've just noticed they have taken further payment. Rang them up, now it seems to be my responsibility to go to my bank and claim it back!!! They cannot be bothered to send me a cheque, so therefore I have to make some type of claim at my back to get monies wrongly taken. How can this somehow be my fault?? Rant over.... Grumble grumble
