Hi all,
My 10th wedding anniversary was August 12th which we spent with good friends having a <beep> time in Turkey. We agreed we'd do something else to celebrate when we got back but we're drawing blanks. We have an 8 year old son and no baby sitters (for more than 1 night) so need to go somewhere he'd enjoy AND in school holidays. We are going to Santorini for a wedding on the 20th September for 10 days so it either needs to be in the next 2 weeks or October half term. I've suggested we all spend the night in the RS but she wasn't bowled over by that idea. Alternatively a night at Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield is on the cards but no weekend availability until mid November

New York (no suitable flights)
Dubai (Ditto)
Barcelona and a game?
Prague (Been a few times already)
Venice?
Rome?
Slough??

Any thoughts welcome.

Barcelona - not too far, and good city/beach combination. Have stayed at the Hotel Arts; great rooftop pool.
