My humble opinion is :

There should be a poll among the RS4.org community on the use of its url (kill it for good or where to redirect it to), because somehow it also belongs to her spiritually and she could hopefully has a fair say.

Could be done by sending the Forum's hidden url to its top 50 contributors and post the poll/question there. Wait a week for everyone to respond/access and then we have a good hint.
