A friend and I have been arguing over the loaction of this picture - he thinks it's Glasgow and whilst I can see why he thinks that I can't think of a street that has what looks like a Europcar depot at the bottom of it and the street name sign is just not clear enough to see. Any ideas??

Could be one of the streets around the Blythswood \ Anderston area

does it come up onto St Vincent St? or near the back of the Hilton?

Its been a few years since I was last in Glasgow city centre, but it reminds me of one of the streets around Strathclyde University.

it's Douglas Street in Glasgow - between St Vincent Street and West George Street
