Great pictures, using one now for my desktop.
They've got some balls to do that job, I'm ok with heights but it does make me feel uneasy just looking at the pictures!

If you can see that much detail of the earth from the pics, can you see the shuttle using a decent telescope?

Awesome photos. I have got one from NASA labs of Bruce McCandless 2nd undertaking the first untethered space walk using the MMU (Manned Manouvering Unit). It's a mentally good photo but the clarity and perspective of these photos are just brilliant.
One day, probably after we are dead and buried people will be able to pay to do this - hope cryogenics becomes a reality soon.
