help from any audio/video junkies

I am finally going to buy an LCD TV. I do not know much about these and was hoping one for some advise on this model I found over the weekend. I am trying to buy this by the end of the week so I can watch the last MotoGP on it sunday.
The question I have is this. Is this going to be a multi system TV that I can use if I ever move back to America? From what I have been able to dig up on the internet it supports EUR Multi. I am not sure exactly what that means but, I also found it uses something called NTFB. From what I could find it seems this allows the TV to use the PAL system color pallet while operating at 60Hz. I do not know what any of this means I just want to know if I can use this in America if I ever move back home.
