Villa, south of France ?

Hi Guys,

I am taking the family on holiday next month to the south of france.

Taking an easy drive down in the RS4 for a couple or so days and then staying in a rented villa for a week, before taking a casual drive back up. Hoping to take in some sites on the way.

Now here is the problem, I booked what seemed like a perfect villa, fairly rural, private pool, not to far away from the coast - only to be told by the owner that unless you have a 4x4 (or normal height car) you are likely to get stuck on the drive as it is an old track.. The drive is long and I did not fancy leaving the RS at the bottom !!!!

So, does anyone have or know of a Villa I can rent near to the south of France. Cote d'azur, St Tropez ish region. Looking for the 2nd or 3rd week in June. Only me, the wife and our 4 year old boy...

Can anyone help?, if so please PM me the details!

Also where is the switch to change the lights from Right to Left hand drive?

Can't help with the villa, but the switch isn't as easy to get to as I hoped. It is buried inside the headlamp unit and my local dealer did the work for me (free.... yes free of charge and swapped back again fee of charge). the tech had to remove one of the headlight units altogether as it was easier that way. he said that he normally bends the lever to make it easier to swap next time..i.e. without taking the unit out of the car.

Problem then is...lights are set for continental driving but not UK driving. Stupid system if you ask me.
