Moving recommendations

I'm going to be moving before too long. Can anyone recommend any removal companies and/or storage companies?

Equally, if you know of any to avoid, I'd appreciate it.

James posts on here, you usually see him in the electrical forum. He has his own removal company called JAMES REMOVALS based in london somwhere.

I'll PM you his number, I think I have it, it is also in his user profile IIRC.
