Performance Hire Car

As the best man for my brothers wedding, his to be wife has suggested that we get him a sports car to take him to the church.

Any ideas where I can one from? Prices? Age to drive etc. ?

I tried google but could only find one near London, which is too far, as we are near Birmingham.
