Let's hope it leads to a bit of stability in the area and an end to all the killing.

I reckon I'm safe then, as it's very unlikely that I'll ever be found with $750,000 in a suitcase.

It's good news but let's not over-rejoyce as there's little chance this fugitive in a rabbit hole had anything to do with the constant terrorist attacks on coalition and Iraqi police forces.
One may wonder how this will really impact the situation (apart from the initial media frenzy and expression of whistle/hoora/joy we saw in press rooms).

The report in this week edition of Newsweek on Bin Laden cutting funding to Taliban forces by 50% to focus mainly on the Iraqi soil is more dramatic, imho.

Let's not have a tree hide the forest behind it.

I`ll probably get flamed for this but as the facts stand.... the US/UK went to his country to get the so called weapons of mass destruction..... where are they.... a soon as they couldnt find Bin Liden they turned to Iraq... and lets not foget the Gulf War when they breatched islamic law and invaded them, also millions where killed.... so i think its safe to say its swings and round-a-bouts....

Here`s a nice little story which is all fact i think :-

Saddam`s early years the US supply him the tools and weapons and train him up.

Saddam run`s his country how he see fits

US invade in the Gulf War breaking their law`s obviously there will be alot of anti-american iraq`ies now.... including Saddam....... 1990..... US achieve nothing except prove that they couldnt get him.

10 years or so later they go for round two insisting that he had weapons of mass destruction...... havent seen any yet.......

So its ok to sell somebody something and teach them how to use it but in real life you cant..... seems abit wierd... i bet saddam was p@ssed">p@ssed</a> to find out he had all the weapons supplied by the US only to find out he couldnt use them

The result of all this <a href="mailto:b@ll@x...... millions of innocent people of died again.... including the soldiers who went there.......fuel prices go up!

personally i think war sucks... and am glad im just a little man with little choices

I dont care what happens and dont support either side... especially for blair witch for getting UK involved......

Whatever terorist organisations are left amoung the world.... i bet we`ll be the first targets!....

Oh and its funny how no other country really supported what the US and UK did??? wonder why that is?

Riz,

Not slating your comments as you are entitled to your views, but when were millions of people killed in either of the Gulf Wars?
