RS246 needs you!!!

As you may have noticed I alone on the technical upkeep of RS246. I have got quite a lot on at the moment, and to be honest we could do with some 'RS246 Development Stigs'.

I'm looking for people who have skills in the following areas:
 • Windows with PHP
 • Linux (Any free flavour)
 • PHP webpages and applications (MySQL as the backend)
 • Image handling. Want all hosted images to be watermarked automagically with the RS246 logo.
 • HTML
 • Flash

I will add things as I think of them.

Any help appreciated, the better the skills the better RS246 will be.

Thanks,

Not sure if RS246.com had a watermark licencing company inmind but here is a link to one.

Digimarc

p.s. it can be implemented with Paint Shop Pro

I'm aware of digital watermarking, and this is not what we are looking for.

We need a program that can 'monitor' a folder, or be part of a PHP script, which adds the RS246 logo to it.

doesn't adobe distiller do something like that? it watches folders & converts from one to another, you may be able to "watermark" it with a faded rs234.com logo too.. not sure, but if I've still got the SW I'll have a look.

RS246 v2.0 is coming on in leaps and bounds. The current test site is based on full User Integration; no more seperate logins everywhere.

I need some help with the following now:

CSS - Cascading Style Sheets
Images - I have the Photoshop artwork, but not enough experience/creativity

Thanks,

Cheers Dave. The site I am testing at the moment is Apache on Win2k. I think FreeBSD would probably better, but I ain't savvy enough in the Linux stuff . Would you be able to create something Linux based which is self patching and has a Cobalt RAQ type administration interface?

You're probably wondering why not IIS, well after repeated attempts to install PHP with IIS, I finally gave up. Apache is better as it is easier to configure for our use, and probably a lot more secure.

Have you got any PHP skills? (I bought "PHP & MySQL for Dummies"!!)

Can anyone get hold of a rack mount server cheap/free? I have some that might do the job, but it doesn't hurt to test the water.
