Can't use this forum when on home wifi

Bit of a weird one...
For the last week or 2 I have been able to access this site when at home on the WiFi. If I disconnect from WiFi on my phone then the forum loads just fine. I've tried it on several computer, phones and tablets and various browsers but it doesn't work on any of them. This makes me think it must be related to the modem or router. I checked the router and can't find any sites blocked by it. I even turned the firewall off temporarily but this made no difference.
I've rebooted modem and router too.
All other websites seem to work fine.

Now I'm stumped.

Anyone got any ideas?

What phone is it
Have you had a recent software update
I take it the phone works on other wifi networks
Could be the IT favourite have you tried turning of and on again (yes i see you have😁)
Might need a factory reset on the phone
As a final check

It's not just the phone, it's all desktop computers, ipads, tablets, laptops etc.

Can you get at it via the IP?

88.99.137.196

More likely to be DNS issue.

EDIT...not going to be that simple, but still feels like DNS. Could alter those on your router.

Just tried that IP but that doesn't work either. I'll fish around in the DNS settings.

Failing that could be IP blocking it.

Can you do a traceroute to the domain rs246.com?

I do block some IP ranges, so it could be that. Send me a PM with your IP address https://www.google.com/search?q=whats+my+ip
